Each session is a 50-minute part of your personalized program. We will train your body for optimal movement of joints and re-patterning proper alignment. You can expect your time to include strength, mobility, release-work and pilates principles. This approach is holistic and theraputic, where you will discover empowering changes over time and consistency.
